UNTAPPED

Register here to attend

We're excited to invite you to our inaugural Project 23 event! This one is over breakfast and is all about Performance.

ABOUT THIS EVENT

Performance. Innovation. Creativity. Growth. Profit.

As we all strive to develop and grow our products and offerings in today’s challenging market, are we genuinely spending enough time and energy on getting the most out of our people or are we just doing it the way we've always done it?

After 15+ years each in the advertising industry, working in high performance commercial roles, we see that the biggest and most under-utilised performance gains in our sector and in many others, will come from engaging our talent in new and innovative ways.

UNTAPPED will cover practical ideas, strategies and case studies as well as thought-provoking discussion and inspiration to take back to your own workplaces. Themes will include:

  • Employee engagement - what's the point? What positive gains do we get and what works?

  • Creativity and diversity - our blind spot towards groupthink and how to encourage genuinely new ideas

  • Building deeper relations - why being creative with the way that we build relationships is worth it and what to do beyond 'going for drinks'.

WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?

Anyone who considers performance a core part of your role, particularly if you are a leader or manager.

WHEN AND WHERE?
