Leaders and people managers are a keystone in any organisation, yet are often underinvested in. Our programmes are designed to develop effective leaders and equip them to have the necessary skills to lead and manage diverse teams.

Through the coaching program, I realized the leadership potential I had and how I can really take my career to the next level. I just needed to listen to the voice within a bit more, and do the internal work to reflect. All that I need is within me, but without the tools and lessons from our coaches, Marshah and Elaine, I would have never stepped into my power.

This programme is designed to equip leaders from marginalised backgrounds with the tools, confidence, and strategies to break through systemic barriers and advance to senior roles. Tailored to support individuals from underrepresented groups—including people of colour, women, and others facing structural inequities—Elevate combines practical leadership training with personalised coaching and mentorship.
Participants will build critical skills in areas such as strategic thinking, influencing, and self-advocacy, while developing the confidence to lead authentically and effectively at the highest levels.
