How To Talk About Race In The Workplace

We ALL need to be able to talk about race at work in order to move forward and make change. Some of us don't know where to begin - and that's okay.

Many organisations haven't yet organised training or workshops for their employees - don't worry, we've got you. If you want to be more confident and ready to be part of the progress, then this is for you.

UPDATE - we had over 400 people attend this session, you can view the full webinar here:

An apology

Sincere apologies to those from the deaf community that registered for the session expecting and needing a BSL interpreter throughout. We had technical issues with our Zoom set-up which meant that during the moments we shared screens, the BSL interpreter disappeared and therefore attendees weren't able to follow the session properly and the experience was not what we hoped it to be. As with the live experience, the recording above does not include the BSL interpreter during screen share. Because of feedback that we have received and are grateful for, we appreciate where we went wrong in our preparation and in our handling of the situation in the moment. Despite our efforts, we could have and should have been more aware of the rigour required to get this right. We're going to look into ways to make a fully BSL accessible version of this recording and if it's possible then we will.
